CREALOGIX Group: E-Business continues to be very pleasing, while difficulties in the ERP Business have been resolved; confident start to new business year.

For business year 2007/08 CREALOGIX Group reports consolidated sales of CHF 62.9 million (previous year: CHF 61.8 million). The negative EBIT of CHF -1 million as well as the Group result with a loss of CHF 2.6 million lay considerably below expectations. The past business year was shaped by enduring changes. The necessary restructuring measures in ERP of CHF 8 million were manifestly more cost intensive than budgeted. With the sale of the loss-generating “Fashion” Business on 25 July 2008 and the associated organizational adjustments, the restructuring measures in the Business Area ERP should now be concluded. The Business Area E-Business generated in contrast a record result with an EBIT of CHF 7.2 million. Based on an outstanding equity ratio of 78 percent and strong positioning in the market, the CREALOGIX Group expects a return to the profit zone for the current business year.
