Strategy

Since going public in 2000, CREALOGIX has pursued a growth strategy.

 

CREALOGIX’s robust business model is formed of its own products and product related services.


After starting off as a pure service provider, CREALOGIX has transformed in the last few years to become a software manufacturer with product-related services. Additionally, we have been focussing products on the finance industry. This way, we can reach the 10 percent EBIT margins that we are striving for.

Through our healthy financial base with a high equity-to-assets ratio we are in the position to quickly execute interesting acquisition possibilities in Switzerland and abroad.  

A further important step was taken towards growth and internationalisation with the takeover of Abaxx, Deutschland in July 2011.
