      OnlineUpdate keeps your software constantly up-to-date for at least a year within the installed version. If you wish to receive updates for multiple versions, the maintenance agreement is the right choice for you. Our maintenance agreement keeps you up-to-date with product evolution at all times in a convenient and economical manner. The maintenance agreement also extends OnlineUpdate automatically for another year each time.

      The payment wizard helps you enter payment data. You only need to enter the account number and the amount. The wizard recognises the format and opens the entry screen for the right payment slip. You complete the entries, save the result, and the payment is entered.

      Are payments saved after they have been executed?
      Of course. All executed payments are archived automatically after conveyance. You can use the archive overview to check any desired payment, and you can reactivate payments from the archive.

      Yes, CLX.PayMaker manages all of your accounts. No matter whether you want to manage your PostFinance account, bank account or several online banking agreements, CLX.PayMaker is there to help you. You can manage all your payment transactions and all your accounts with a single platform.

      How do I keep on top of all my accounts?
      CLX.PayMaker makes things easy for you. It shows all your accounts at a glance in the accounts and balance overview, with the current balance in each case. If you wish, with just one click, it can also display your accounts graphically in pie chart form.

      Does CLX.PayMaker also show detailed account statements?
      Yes. In addition to viewing the current balance of each account at any time, you can access full account details with transaction descriptions, posting dates and value dates.

      Which version is the right one for me?
      We should start by saying that both CLX.PayMaker versions – Home and Office – have the same structure and many convenient functions.

      CLX.PayMaker Office has extended functions that are important in a business environment. These essentially allow:      
      • ESR incoming payments to be retrieved and managed
      • A salary flag to be set for salary payments and payrolls
      • Extended user administration and support for joint signatures
      • In addition to online banking, support of communication via direct banking
      • Password protection and database encryption

      Customers with UBS Access Key: when is an update necessary?
      UBS Access Key is supported in CLX.PayMaker Home and Office from version 1.5.0 onwards. If you are using PayMaker version 16.x or older, ClubMaker or BusinessMaker, an update to the latest version or an upgrade to a higher-level product is necessary.

      Customers with UBS Access Key: when should I postpone the update?
      Some functions are not yet implemented in CLX.PayMaker Home or Office version 1.5.0. If you use direct debiting or electronic invoices, run PayMaker in a network environment or have the language set to Italian or English, you should wait for the update. These functions will be fully available in the next version.

      Naturally, you can continue using your PayMaker, ClubMaker or BusinessMaker software, but not with UBS Access Key.
